About the role
Role
You sit between hotel operators and engineering — translating field reality into prioritized product work.
You will
- Run release readiness checklists across PMS, CRS, RMS, and Concierge
- Maintain citeable capability language for buying committees
- Partner with Careers / Growth on role definitions that match real skill needs
You bring
- Hotel or SaaS operations experience
- Clear writing for FAQs and job descriptions
- Comfort facilitating cross-functional decisions
Responsibilities
- Own product ops rituals and status visibility
- Keep public capability claims aligned with shipped product
- Support hiring briefs for engineering and CS roles
Requirements
- 5+ years in product ops, hotel ops, or B2B SaaS
- Excellent written English
- Stakeholder facilitation experience
Nice to have
- India hospitality distribution knowledge
- Support tooling experience
