About the role
Role
Own post-sale success for NISKA properties — onboarding, adoption of agents, and expansion into modules that fit their operating model.
You will
- Run structured onboarding for PMS, Concierge, and revenue workflows
- Surface product feedback with evidence, not anecdotes alone
- Partner with Support on escalation hygiene
You bring
- Hospitality or hotel-tech CS experience
- Calm executive communication
- Comfort with India WhatsApp-first guest ops context
Responsibilities
- Drive adoption plans per property
- Maintain health scores and renewal readiness
- Document playbooks reusable across the book of business
Requirements
- 3+ years customer success or hotel operations
- Fluent English; Hindi a plus
- CRM hygiene and written follow-through
Nice to have
- PMS / channel manager familiarity
