About the role

Role

Build the HRMS talent module that powers public careers boards and operator recruitment workflows.

You will

  • Implement `/v1/public/hrms/ats` list, detail, meta, and apply endpoints
  • Model open/closed jobs, applications, and audit-friendly status transitions
  • Integrate spam controls (reCAPTCHA) and lead bridges where needed

You bring

  • Solid FastAPI / PostgreSQL experience
  • Care for public API contracts and backwards compatibility
  • Comfort with multi-tenant hotel data boundaries

Responsibilities

  • Ship ATS public contract used by niskacorp Careers
  • Write migrations and tests for application intake
  • Document Idempotency-Key and rate-limit expectations

Requirements

  • 3+ years Python backend experience
  • PostgreSQL schema design
  • API design for external consumers

Nice to have

  • Prior ATS or HRIS work
  • Experience with Greenhouse/Lever-style APIs
