About the role
Role
Build the HRMS talent module that powers public careers boards and operator recruitment workflows.
You will
- Implement `/v1/public/hrms/ats` list, detail, meta, and apply endpoints
- Model open/closed jobs, applications, and audit-friendly status transitions
- Integrate spam controls (reCAPTCHA) and lead bridges where needed
You bring
- Solid FastAPI / PostgreSQL experience
- Care for public API contracts and backwards compatibility
- Comfort with multi-tenant hotel data boundaries
Responsibilities
- Ship ATS public contract used by niskacorp Careers
- Write migrations and tests for application intake
- Document Idempotency-Key and rate-limit expectations
Requirements
- 3+ years Python backend experience
- PostgreSQL schema design
- API design for external consumers
Nice to have
- Prior ATS or HRIS work
- Experience with Greenhouse/Lever-style APIs
