By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our Services.

3. Services and Account Registration
Our Services include AI-powered hotel management software, revenue management tools, booking engines, and related services. To access certain features, you must create an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
You may not create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or fees
Account information must be kept accurate and up-to-date
4. Payment Terms and Billing
Our Services are provided on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you agree to pay all fees associated with your selected plan. All fees are charged in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) unless otherwise stated.
Subscription fees are billed automatically according to your selected billing cycle
All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as stated in our Refund Policy
We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice to existing customers

Failed payments may result in service suspension until payment is received

We do not guarantee that our Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim

9. Termination

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms

Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive
We are not obligated to provide refunds upon termination except as stated in our Refund Policy
10. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
Disputes will be resolved through individual arbitration, not class action lawsuits

You waive your right to a jury trial and to participate in class actions
If arbitration is not enforceable, disputes will be resolved in Wyoming state courts
You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis
