Built by hoteliers,
for hoteliers.

In 2019, our founders — having spent over a decade managing properties across India and South-East Asia — sat down and catalogued every piece of technology they used daily. The list was alarming: a legacy PMS from 2008, a channel manager that required a developer to update rates, a spreadsheet for revenue management, and a WhatsApp group for housekeeping.

Every modern platform they evaluated was either built for American or European hotel chains — with pricing and complexity to match — or was a basic tool that solved one problem while ignoring the other nine.

So they built NISKA. Designed for hospitality markets where the diversity of property types is extraordinary — from 10-room guesthouses to 500-room resorts, day-use hotels to boutique heritage properties — they created a platform that adapts to hotels, not the other way around.

Five years later, NISKA powers over 5,000 properties in 45 countries — and we're just getting started.

The six problems we set out to fix on day one:

Every feature we ship must be simpler to use than the problem it replaces. If a front desk agent needs training to use it, we haven't finished designing it.

We build for the person managing a 40-room property in Jaipur, not for the CTO of a hotel chain. Real-world workflows drive every product decision.

Reliability as a foundation

Hotels never close. Neither does NISKA. 99.9% uptime, real-time data, and no silent failures — because a missed booking is not just data, it's someone's revenue.

Outcomes over features

We don't ship features for feature lists. We ask: does this help hotels earn more, spend less, or delight their guests? If not, it doesn't ship.

Q1

Founded

Two former hoteliers and one engineer decide to build the hotel platform they always wished existed. First commit is written. NISKA INNOVATIONS LLC is incorporated in Wyoming, USA.

2019

Q4

First 50 properties live

NISKA PMS goes live with the first 50 properties. Average onboarding time: 3 days. First positive NPS feedback received.

2020

Q2

Channel Manager launched

Two-way sync with 12 OTAs including MakeMyTrip, Booking.com, and Expedia. Properties report a 35% reduction in manual rate updates.

2021

Q1

Seed funding raised

Closed a seed round with leading hospitality-focused investors. Used to expand the engineering team and accelerate the mobile roadmap.

Guest mobile app ships

White-label guest mobile apps go live. Hotels report a 28% drop in front desk call volume within the first 60 days.
