How does per-property pricing work?

Each plan price shown is per property per month. If you manage multiple properties on separate accounts, each is billed independently. If you're on the Pro plan or above, multi-property management lets you handle all your properties from a single dashboard — still billed per property but with a volume discount on 5+ properties.

Do you charge per OTA channel or booking?

No. Unlike many channel managers that charge per connection or per booking, NISKA's Growth, Pro, and Enterprise plans include unlimited OTA connections with no per-booking fees. Starter includes up to 5 channels.

What's included in the 'Guest mobile app'?

Every plan includes a fully white-labelled guest mobile app (iOS & Android) under your property's branding. Guests can use it for mobile check-in/out, room service requests, chat with your team, and access hotel information. The AI-powered in-app concierge is available on Pro and above.

Is there a setup or onboarding fee?

For Starter, Growth, and Pro plans — no setup fee. Your property can go live in under 48 hours with our guided self-onboarding. Enterprise plans include dedicated on-site onboarding, data migration, and staff training as part of the contract.

Can I get pricing in Indian Rupees (INR)?

Yes. We offer INR pricing for properties based in India, with a local payment gateway (Razorpay / Cashfree). Contact our sales team for current INR rates, which are updated quarterly based on exchange rates.

What happens if I exceed the room limit on my plan?

Accepted Answer

You'll receive an in-app notification when your room count approaches your plan limit. You can upgrade to the next tier at any time. There's no automatic charge for exceeding the limit — we'll reach out to help you find the right plan before any service interruption.

Do you offer discounts for NGOs or social enterprises?

Yes — we offer a 30% discount for registered NGOs, charitable trusts, and social enterprises operating accommodation facilities. Please contact us with your registration details to apply.

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), UPI and net banking for Indian customers, and bank transfer for annual Enterprise contracts. All transactions are processed over SSL and PCI-DSS compliant gateways.
