What is an agentic concierge?
An agentic concierge is a property-branded AI guest agent that answers from your knowledge base, proposes booking and service actions, and only executes after explicit guest confirmation — with staff takeover when a human should finish. It is sometimes called an agentic digital concierge.
Why it matters
Unlike a FAQ chatbot or a typical digital concierge, an agentic concierge is built to complete stay tasks end to end with bounded, auditable writes.
