Metrics you can count
Count conversations handled, time to first useful reply, share of requests that became a confirmed action, and whether guests chose the channel again. Those are property numbers.
Do not manage the project on a vendor’s universal deflection percentage. This site does not publish one, because a honest one does not exist.
What a bad metric hides
A bot that deflects by failing to book is not a saving. Pair speed with completed stays and with staff override rate. If staff take over every time, the agent is not ready.
Editorial note: connectivity and go-live claims are configuration-dependent. This library does not invent market-share rankings or universal ROI. Verify GST, DPDP, and tax treatment with qualified advisors for your properties.
